Your Business can Help

Greetings:

My name is Christopher Demanski. I am a Proud United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran, and a member of The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9929, as well as The Marine Corps League and American Legion.

Eight (8) more Servicemen were killed last week protecting us in The War on Terror. This brings the Killed in Action total to 4374. There are now 30 from Connecticut. There are now 189 from New York. Wounded in Action 31,557. Of the Wounded, 248 of them are from Connecticut, and 1480 of the Wounded  are from New York .*

On January 28th 2005 we buried the Best Man for our wedding. He was Killed in Action. On August 11th, 2005 we buried another close personal friend of ours who I served with in The United States Marine Corps. He was also Killed in Action. This all means that there are now over 35,931 additional families who need help since our Nation was attacked on September 11 of 2001. All of these families need our help.

I am as well the President of The Families and Friends of the Fallen and Wounded Incorporated. We are a 501(c)(3) New York State Not-for-Profit Organization.  We put together events such as Memorial Golf Outings, Raffles, and Benefit Concerts to help establish scholarships in the names of the Men and Women who have been Killed Protecting us so that they are NEVER forgotten. We also help the Families and Friends of the Fallen and Wounded with different expenses that may come up such as traveling to and from hospitals, mortgage and rent payments, utility bills, car repairs, groceries and anything you can think of that may come up as a hardship for these Families. We also send “Care Packages” to our deployed Units who have had losses and casualties.
